The institution is dedicated to providing thorough education in aviation disciplines, including Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, while strictly adhering to the DGCA syllabus. The Academy of Aviation & Engineering is situated near Kempegowda International Airport and also near Yelahanka Air Force Station, the Indian Air Force airfield Bengaluru.

The institute consists of an administration block, a workshop, an academic block, and a canteen. Another highlight of the organisation is a state-of-the-art library that holds the most recent books, periodicals, magazines, and journals in fields like electronics, computer science, engineering, and aviation.

The institution has well-ventilated classrooms along with audio/visual equipment and projectors. AAE also has two aircraft for practical training for students. For boys and girls, there are also distinct hostel facilities with in-house dining options.
